He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Raynes and Nina A. Raynes (Coutermarsh); and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his sons, Dover and High Adventure; his wife Nancy Raynes (Gault); his sons, Matthew Raynes (Elizabeth) of New Durham and Charles Raynes (Catherine) of Rye; his granddaughters, Brianna, Cassandra, Amanda and Skylar; and his great grandchildren, Stephen and Joshua. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
