He is survived by: his wife Sally Sanderson (Hudak); his children, James Sanderson, Jr., Mark Sanderson, Dawn Sanderson of Torrington, CT and Deanna Sanderson of Torrington, CT; his brother John Sanderson; his brother-in-law Jack Hudak; and his grandchildren, Taylor Christiano, Mitchell Sanderson, Carly Jane Sullivan, Alivia Campbell Sanderson and James Campbell Sanderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
