He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Putney and Jane Putney (Mendzela); his wife Dona Putney (Fresco); his sister Jane Putney; his children, Elizabeth Smith (Michael) of Hampton, Catherine Dawson (Scott) of Newington, Christopher Putney of Rye and Sarah Summerlin of Concord; his grandchildren, Alexander Smith (Jenna) of Windham, Elizabeth Summerlin of Florence and Charlotte Summerlin of Concord; his great grandchildren, Mack Smith of Windham and Bryce Smith of Windham; and his siblings, John "Jack" Putney (Suzette) of Bedford and Thomas Putney (Sharon) of Milford. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
