He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Lakowski (David), Elizabeth Ball (Lawrence) and Charles P. Riley, III (Kristine). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews, 1 niece, 3 grandnieces, and 1 grandnephew.
