She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Bennett, Sr.; her parents, Francis Meehan and Ann Meehan (Byron); her son William A. Bennett, Jr.; and her brother Dr. Frank Meehan.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kiley Bennett Burns (John), Ryan C. Bennett (Alyssa), Justin C. Jarrell (Lara), Joshua CE Jarrell (Rachel Neth), Elizabeth Bennett and William A. Bennett III; and her daughter Denise Woolard (Dan). She is also survived by 10 loving great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Ann's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place o Memphis, TN 38105.
