He is survived by: his parents, Armand Jacques and Dixie Jacques (Smith); his children, Joshua Jacques, Jeremy Jacques, Alexander Jacques, Jesse Jacques and Anastasia Jacques; his father-in-law Michael; his niece Britney (Chad); his friends, Gary Sprague (Adam), Norman, Andrea Doyon, Ron, Debbie April, Steve, Isabel Katsonis, Mike South, Jason Sargent, Judo, John Nelson and Dick Therrien; and his aunts, Patricia (Warren Dowaliby) and Florence Debenedictis of Cornerstone, VNA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
