She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Francis Thompson; and her parents, Edward J. Burg and Ann Burg (Camilleri). She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Christopher Thompson of Arlington, MA, Dr. Michael Thompson (Ker) of Rollinsford, NH and Kevin Thompson (Meredith) of Reading, MA; her daughter-in-law Dr. Darby Schmidt of Arlington, MA; her grandchildren, Colby, Maureen, Quinn, Peter (Fausto), Christopher, Michaela, Patricia, Grace, William and Jonathan; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Harvey of West Warwick, RI and Paul Thompson (Cindy) of Lawrenceville, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
