He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lambert and Victor Chase; his daughter Joni; his siblings, Janet Pelley (Bill), Arthur "Bud" Lambert (Vickie) and Cynthia Maggio; and his brother-in-law Jody Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Shana Ellis (Jon) and Kara Landry (Jay); his sister Linda Ferguson; his brother-in-law Chic Maggio; his grandchildren, Jordan, Connor, Ryan and Kate; and his godchildren, Jon, Cathy, Ren, Candi and Jim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
