He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin E. Berry and Eloise Berry (Wiggin); and his brothers, Martin Berry, John Berry and Richard Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Fuji Berry (Perkins); his daughter Carol Hackett (late Richard C. Hackett, Jr.); his grandchildren, Richard W. Hackett (Emily), Dennis C. Hackett (Kelly) and Trisha Reid; his sisters, Mary Adams (Gary) and Patricia Roux (late Paul); his sister-in-law Jacquelyn Berry; his stepdaughter Irene Griffin (Ted); and his stepgrandsons, Jeff Perkins (Nancy) and Don Perkins (Karen). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
