It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Cox (Rochester, New Hampshire), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Hathaway and Thirza Hathaway (Bruce); her spouses, Karldon E. McCr0illis and Richard Cox; and her siblings, Dean (Russell Hathaway) and Barbara Hathaway Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Karldon B. McCrillis (Rose) and Elva Lovejoy (George); and her grandchildren, Sean McCrillis, Jennifer Leef, Carrie McCrillis, Calvin McCrillis and Michael McCrillis.
