She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mehigan and Maryann Mehigan; and her sister Katherine Allen. She is survived by: her husband Jim E. Locke of Rochestor, NH; her daughter Cheri Lee Locke of Londonderry, NH; her siblings, Robert Thomas Mehigan of Portland, ME, Honorah Armstrong (Dolly) of Marlboro, MA and Sheila Bartlett of Turner, ME.; her grandchildren, Graham Berthold-Locke, Tessa Berthold-Locke, Shannon O'Connor Smith and Ryan O'Connor; and her close friend Sarah Lagueux.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Theresa's name to Abi's Place, 38 Charles St. Rochestor, NH.
