It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stanley Joseph Mullaney (Rochester, New Hampshire), born in Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Whelan Mullaney; his parents, Charles Irving Mullaney, Sr. and Irene Mathilda Mullaney (Ciardi); his siblings, Charles Jr., Raymond Sr., Richard Sr., Gerald Sr., Kenneth Mullaney, Irene Sayer and Eleanor Walsh; his niece Elizabeth Whelan; and his nephew Raymond Mullaney, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Peter Charles Mullaney of Atlanta, GA and Stephanie Mullaney Carver (Joshua) of Cape Elizabeth, ME; and his grandchildren, Charles Edward Carver and Bella Irene Carver of Cape Elizabeth, ME. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Karen Whelan Mullaney.
