He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carll and Joan Carll; his brother Stevie; and his daughters, Heather and Jennifer.

He is survived by: his wife Jessie; his children, Eric Cullen, Sarah Carll, Ryan Carll and Cecelia Strauch; and his siblings, Michael, Elaine, David and Brian. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was a brilliant, dedicated paramedic with a sage sense of humor that always lightened any challenging situation.
