He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Hitchcock (Salme Cook) and Robin Cook of New Hampshire; his wife Laura L. Decker (Cook); his daughter Salme Hitchcock (Sally Cook); his son-in-law Michael Hitchcock of East Falmouth, MA; his brother Douglas T. Cook; and his sister-in-law Jane Cook of Essex Fells, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
