We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020, at the age of 80, Rachel Neal (Rochester, New Hampshire), born in Somersworth, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Napolean Gagne and Adeline Gagne (Deshaise); her brother Maurice Gagne (Nancy) of Rochester, NH; and her son Gary. She is survived by: her husband Paul Neal of Rochester, NH; and her children, Gail Cole (Mychael) of Berwick, ME, Karen Gutermann (Jeffrey) of Somersworth, NH and Kevin Neal of Hampton, NH.
