He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fowler (Tonkin) and Verne Fowler; and his sister Leann Pickering. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Fowler (Wiggin); his children, Morgan Fowler of Rochester, NH, Bailey Fowler of Rochester, NH and Blake Fowler (Sarah Labore) of Rochester, NH.; his siblings, Dennis Fowler of Rochester, NH, Richard Fowler (Carol) of Rochester, NH and Virginia Fowler (Sandra) of Rochester, NH; and his grandchild Salem Philip Fowler.
