He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deegan and Lillian Deegan (Dade); and his siblings, John, Paul Deegan, Mary Edgecomb, Priscilla Murray, Joan Blackbird and Margaret Simonetti.
He is survived by: his wife Louine Deegan (Corriveau); his sons, Michael (Michele Deegan) of Rochester, NH and Gary (Theresa Deegan) of Moultonborough, NH; and his great grandchildren, Jameson and Murphy Deegan of New Durham, NH..
