He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Phelan and Russell Phelan; and his niece Sarah Morse. He is survived by: his sister Kelly Morse (Norman Morse); his nephew Christopher Davis (Robyn Doke); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Seth and Riley; his close friend Rose Marie Hill (family: Dylan); and also, Harrison Beaulieu and Jennifer.
