He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Ahern and Lena Ahern (Coleman); his wife Dianne Ahern (Faith); his sons, Maurice "Moe" Ahern (Sandy) of New Ipswich, NH, Matthew Ahern (Seasar Scafidi) of Chelsea, MA and Michael Ahern; his stepsons, John Little of Hinsdale, NH and Steven Little (Mary Kate) of Tewksbury, MA.; and his siblings, Maurice "Bill" Ahern of Massachusetts, Lena Phillips (Ahern) of Massachusetts, Victor Ahern of Maine and Margaret "Peggy" Meggison (Ahern). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
