She was predeceased by: her father Wesley Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Judith Lewis (Smedile); her sisters, Pamela Pettingell and Stefanie Lewis; her children, Shawn Hartford, Kerry McCann (Hartford) and Steven Hartford; her niece Michelle Glynn; and her nephew Bryan Glynn. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great niece and nephew, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
