She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna Gilbert and Alfred Gilbert; her children, Margaret Brooks (Wayne), Charlene Laroche (Roland), Captain Don Lachance (Bonnie) and Sharon Bonney (George); her grandchildren, Col. David Brooks, Chad Brooks, Alan Stevens and Amy Gagnon; her husband Donald Lachance of Rochester, NH; and her son-in-law Wayne Brooks.
She was an avid card and bingo player, cribbage being her game of choice, both of which she enjoyed well into her 90's. At 92 years old Lucille made over 1, 000 beautiful, beaded bracelets that she donated to missionaries to be distributed to those less fortunate.
