He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Locke and Grace Locke (Fernald); his former wife Davyanne Dunnells; his sister Ila; his wife Patricia Locke (Menard); his sons, Victor and Mike (Christy); his goddaughter Nicki Strout; his siblings, Allan, Arthur and Cheryl Coffin; and his grandchildren, Byron and Garrett Locke.
