He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Lemelin of Rochester and Kevin Lemelin of Somersworth, His; his grandparents, Lloyd, Mary Jane Gifford of Rochester, Norman and Rachel Lemelin of Somersworth; and his aunts and uncles, Christopher Wentworth, Lloyd Gifford Jr., Donald Richard (Amy), Heather Wentworth, Erica Tilton and Tina Farmer (Tom).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to David's House.
