He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sisters, Sandy Fryou, Wanda Smith, Vickie Morse, Valerie Smith, Melody Young and Sherry Smith; his parents, Richard Allen Smith and Grace Eleanor Smith (Sprague); and his brother Richard Allen Smith, Jr. (Becky Goldstein). He was also cherished by his siblings, other family members.
