He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Neer (Beth Hodil); and his family, Steven (Jennifer), John Joseph Neer Jr., Preston MacDonald Wales Jr., Matthew Neer, Julie Neer Walther and Colleen Neer Sabo. He is also survived by many grand children, nieces and nephews.
