He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Perrigo and Mildred A Perrigo (Northrup); and his sister Sandra Vanderwerken. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Perrigo (Bickom) of Rochester; his children, Michael Perrigo (Nicole), Sherrie Emmond (Robert) and Molla Perrigo; his grandson Bobby; his great grandchildren, Tyrell, Avaya and His; his brothers, David W. Perrigo (Gale) of Hawaii and Stephen Perrigo (Ingrid); and also Antonio.
