He is survived by: his mother Joyce Prescott (Freeman) of Rochester, NH; his children, Jeffrey N. Prescott, Jr. (Jessica Silva) of Dartmouth, MA and Nikki L. Phillips (Brian) of Salem, NH; his siblings, Gary Prescott (Shelley) of Middleton, NH, Sheila Upton (Mark) of Rochester, NH and Sheryl Sweet of Weare, NH; and his pet Munchkin. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
