He is survived by: his son Cooper; his wife Kelly Nyberg (Ouellette); his stepchildren, Noah O'Brien and Miley O'Brien of Rochester; his parents, Wanda Nyberg (Joyce Flakowski-Parlow) of Merrimack and Larry Doak (Kelly Baker) of Newburyport, MA; and his sisters, Kristina Doak of Amesbury, MA and Jessica Doak of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
