He is survived by: his children, William Roy Frank (Tara) of Somersworth and JoAnn Stevens (Stuart) of So; his sisters, Shonna Hobbs of Dover, DE and Barbara Warren of Orange City, FL; and his great grandchildren, Quinn McDonald, Lilly and Samuel. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
