He is survived by: his wife Katherine E Neily (Walsh); his children, Geoffrey E Neily (Robin) of Summerville, SC, Cheryl A Willan-Figary (Randy) of Nashua, NH and Gail E Neily; and his granddaughter Sarah Wallace.
