Garrison N. Valentine Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 91, Garrison N. Valentine in Rochester, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Valentine and Lucia Valentine (Norton); and his sisters, Laurie Valentine of Burlington, VT and Sarah McKim Valentine of Fredericksburg, TX.. He is survived by: his friends, Hoppin, Carey and Powell; his wife Inge Valentine (Froelich); his stepdaughter Carolyn Read; his children, Peter McKim Valentine of Cambridge, MA, Stewart Valentine, Norah Dyer Valentine of Cambridge, MA and Elizabeth Post Valentine; his grandchildren, James Garner Valentine of Exeter, NH, Samuel Valentine, Benjamin Valentine, Susanna Valentine, Ethan Valentine Hirsch of Philadelphia, PA, Tarek Anthony and Isabelle Anthony of Evanston, IL.; and his former wife Margo Valentine of Essex, CT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to both North Haven Arts & Enrichment and Waterman's Community Center on the island of North Haven, ME.
