He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Gray and Edythe Mae Gray Cilley (Langmaid); his former wife Lucille Gray; his son Fred H. Gray, Jr.; and his siblings, Marion Burgess, John Gray, Jr., Robert Gray, Arthur Gray and Frank Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Terry L. Gray; his children, Sally (John Hildreth), Allan Gray, Rosie Gray and Amanda Fowler; and his sister Bette Hiltz. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
