He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Murphy and Catherine Murphy (Hourihane); his wife Barbara Murphy (Lane) of Rochester; his daughters, Robin Bisson (Rene) of Rollinsford, Kimberly Foster of Rochester and Lynne Stevens (Jim) of Strafford; his grandchildren, Ryan Murphy, Christian Foster, Kyle Stevens, Colin Foster, Sierra Bisson, Jacquelyn Stevens, Drew Stevens and Angelina Bisson; his sister Mary Ginn; and his granddaughter Julia Renee Bisson.
