She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Ethel Smith (Ellsworth); her husband Arthur Jacobs; and her siblings, Charles Smith, Jr., Robert Smith, Leah Libby, Dorothy Libby and Betty West.
She is survived by: her children, Melony Rodier (Bernie) of Rochester and Artie Jacobs (Michelle) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Kelly Guptill, Katrina Vachon, Aubrey Jacobs and Hannah Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Tyler Turcotte, Cailin Guptill, Madison Guptill, Mason Ford, Cody Vachon and Nicole Vachon; and her nieces, Cathy, Leslie and Dawn.
In lieu of flowers memorials in her name may be made to Riverside Rest Home activities fund, 276 County Farm Rd., Dover, NH 03820.
