She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Napoleon Picard and Sarah Picard (Winkley); her husband Harold Foss, Jr.; her sister Yvonne Girouard; her friend Hazel Hurley; her son James Foss (Joyce); her sister Louise Cutten; her grandchildren, Jason Foss (Pamela), Julie Foss and Jamie Flynn (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Tiaan, Caleb and Alex. She was also cherished by several friends, nieces and nephews.
