He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Olivares and Amelia Olivares; his wife Carloyn; and his siblings, Angelo, Arturo Olivares and Armida Lopez.
He is survived by: his children, Kristi Olivares (Chris Thompson) of Rochester, Robyn Olivares (Jackie Thorpe) of Hampton and David Olivares of New York; his siblings, Aida Goldfin of Nevada, Alice Brotherton of California and Alfred Olivares of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Alex, Indy and Maddie Olivares-Thompson.
