He is survived by: his mother Mary Marini (Gennaro); his brothers, Anthony Marini and David Marini (Sandy); his children, Logan Marini, Nicole Marini, Alexandria Marini and Tina Whaley (Robert Whaley); his grandchildren, Ryan Whaley and Jacob Whaley; his great grandchild Richard Marini (Jill); his children, Brittany Marini, Joshua Marini, Rebecca Parks (Zachary Parks) and Zachary Marini (Kayla); his grandson Dino Marini; his great grandchildren, Cheryl Marini and David Marini; and also, Paulette Marini (Artuc), Linda Marini (Ricker), Tara Marini, Savannah Marini, Aleah Marini and Jonathan Marini.
