He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Franklin S. Epps and Dorothy Epps (Furber); and his sister Judith A. Clement. He is survived by: his wife Carol Epps (Hardy); his children, Franklin S. Epps 3rd of Leominster, Karen Wisner of Rindge, NH, Melanie Gauthier of Troy, NH, Kimberlee Reynolds of Fitzwilliam, NH, Dorothy Carter, Laurie Rivard of Winchendon, Daniel Epps of Marlborough, NH and Andrew Epps of Barrington, NH; and his brother William B. Epps. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
