He is survived by: his parents, Michael Cullinane and Susan M Cullinane (Doucette); his pet Sammy; his son Connor; his close friend Stephen M. Kottke; his siblings, Tanya Dysart of Bennington, NH, Nicole Cullinane of Rindge and Tyler Cullinane of Troy; his significant other Samantha Blood; his significant other's son Connor Cullinane of Jaffrey; and his grandparents, Fred, Ellie Doucette of Lunenburg, MA and Margaret Hawksworth of Limerick, ME. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
