She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolfuse Gerard Chouinard and Myrtle A. Chouinard (Bettle); and her siblings, Roger Chouinard, Lois Garibaldi and Bobby Chouinard.
She is survived by: her husband Martin "Marty" J. Devine of Raymond, NH; her children, William McGovern Jr. (Deb) of Raymond, NH, Charlaine M. Anderson (Kenneth) of Inverness, FL and Patrick McGovern (Karen) of Highgate, VT; her grandchildren, William McGovern III, Christopher McGovern, Kristin Davis, Tanya Acevedo, Jason Anderson, Hannah McGovern and Olivia McGovern; and her great grandchildren, Brianna McGovern, Addison Shields, Charlotte McGovern, Trinidy Acevedo, Reagan Acevedo, River Davis and Austin Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
