He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chagnon and Angeline Chagnon (Doucette); and his siblings, Arthur, Peter Chagnon, Doris Dupee and Cecile Chagnon.

He is survived by: his friend Dave Iworsky; his wife Lorraine Chagnon of Raymond; his children, Kim Millien (Jonathan) of Andover, MA, Christopher Chagnon (Melissa-Anne Mack) of Conway, SC and Jonathan Chagnon (Katharine) of Londonderry, NH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Tyler, Gabrielle, Justin, Hayden, Jared, Hailey and Logan; his great grandchild Jordan; his siblings, Frank Chagnon (Brenda), Joe Chagnon (Doreen) and Mary Chagnon; and his siblings-in-law, George Dupee and Evelyn Chagnon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Paul's name to the American Heart Association.
