He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Madeline Smith (Outram). He is survived by: his wife Kim Smith; his children, Scott Smith (Darlene), Craigo Smith, Jen (Nick Chirichiello) and Nichole Smith; his grandchildren, Connor, Cameron, Lily and Nicholas; and his sister Sandy Dunlap. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
