He is survived by: his mother Elaine Blake; his siblings, Debra Blake (David Freschi), Sandra (Joseph Piccione), James Blake (Kathy), Linda Blake and Alan Blake; his stepchildren, Mike Nelson (Jessica) and Meagan Arone (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jack, Colin, Brynn and Scarlett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
