It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Spencer (Portsmouth, New Hampshire), who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carol Spencer; his children, Terry Dyer, Jr. (Amy), Jonathan Gray and Angela Dyer Twitty (Brian); and his siblings, Waldo Spencer and Helen Murphy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
