She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Noring Vose and Charles Vose Jr.; her husband Phil; her sister Bernardette Johnson; her sister-in-law Sandy Storm Vose; and her son-in-law Alberto Santaflorentina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Marshall and Laurie Marshall Holbrook; her son-in-law Mark Holbrook; her grandchildren, Hayley Santaflorentina, Hunter Holbrook (Lauren Ellman) and Connor Holbrook (Peyton Kent); her great grandchild Levi; her brother Charles Vose III; and her niece Samantha Vose Adey.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandy's memory can be made to Emily's List or Planned Parenthood, two missions close to Sandy's heart.
