He is survived by: his parents, Woodrow Emerton and Priscilla Emerton (Alvanos); his spouse Mary Emerton (Patch); his son Roland Emerton Jr.; his wife Ellen Emerton; his grandchildren, Clara, Cassidy and Kendall; his great grandchildren, Riley, Sophia, Taylor, Jairdon and Emmett; his siblings, Woodrow and Ellen Hayes; and also, David Emerton (Jennifer) and Pinky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
