He was predeceased by: his former wife Rita Chierichetti. He is survived by: his children, Lydia, Josephine, Olga, Lena, Edward, Rudolph, David Zoffoli (Stephan Fales) and Katherine Brown (Michael); his former wife Priscilla Syphers; his daughters, Heather Cataldi-Zoffoli and Holly Zoffoli; and his grandchildren, Theresa Henkel, Shena Hartsfield Mericle, Grace Ward and Massimiliano Cataldi. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital.
