She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Martell and Bertha Martell; her husband Philip Maxwell McCollam; her daughter Patti McCollam; and her brother Allen "Lee" Martell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Carver (Mark) and Denise Motes (Jim); her stepchildren, Philip M. McCollam, Jr, Kathy O'Dell and Alice Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Albert Martell (Gyneth), Joan Fulcher (Ray) and Jean Evans (Bill). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, dear friends and extended family.
