He is survived by: his parents, Kennett Collins and Belva Collins (Demars); his children, Kimberlee Levesque (Michael), Kelli Deyo (William) and Kent Collins (Annette); his grandchildren, Kyle, Ashlee, Erin Levesque, Nolan and Devin Collins; and his great grandchild Adalynn Capron.
