He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Parker and Glenice Parker; his brothers, Quinn, Jeffrey and Tim; and his son Jordan Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Parker of Portsmouth; his son Justin Parker (Kim McLeod) of Portland, OR; and his sister Sheila Cotton (Jeff) of Lake City, CA.
